How do I recover from a rockin' night at Saltys?

SEE BELOW - Caye Wellness offers IV Hydration less than a minute walk from Saltys in the Hardwood Gym, and is run by Caye Caulker's island nurse - Stephanie Erwin. She will have you feeling like new in about 45 minutes into an IV session. And it is best to get 3-4 Sessions if you're on a 7-10 day trip.

Can I watch my favorite sporting event?

YES, from the WORLD CUP to the Stanley Cup, we got da sports.

Do you source the majority of your ingredients from Belize?

Yes, almost all of our fruits, veggies and proteins are sourced from local farmers, fishermen and producers in Belize.

Are there any areas on the Salty's property that are "no go" zones?

Nah, you're free to roam so grab a tasty beverage, check out our dock sitting area. Plus, the kitchen window is there for a reason, so enjoy watching our team craft your best meal while in Belize...unless your a dude from Colorado whose name begins with a "B". You know who you are and STAY AWAY FROM OUR KITCHEN!

If I snag some mondo fish while spearfishing or line fishing with Saltys Sailing Belize or Carlos Tours, will you cook them for me?

It is on a case-by-case basis based on: 1) Size of your party and catch - bigger is better 2) Are you willing to share? 3) Are you cool? Most importantly... 4) Are you a REALLY GOOD tipper? If you qualify, then YES, we would love to incorporate any red snapper, hogfish, lobster, barracuda or Goliath Grouper you spear or line catch. Please give us a heads up as these requests are hard to accommodate when we are packed.

Are you "family friendly"?

ABSOLUTELY, bring your entire fam including your babies, brothers, even if some are from another mother.
