Just as Chazz Michael Michaels IS figure skating, Ms. Tash IS Salty's. She loves selflessly and fiercely guards her family and friends. As a serial entrepreneur, she's built community and value in every project she's pursued while weathering many professional storms. She leads in elevating the vibe and consistently manufacturing magic. As the visionary Owner at Salty's, she's had the grit and tenacity to build and evolve through multiple iterations of what we now know as Salty's to arrive at the GREATEST it is now. The challenges she worked through forged a desire for genuine "Golden Rule" good for others and to infuse as many smiles as she is able. She deeply cares about her people, the Caye Caulker Community and the customers she's blessed to serve, and empowers her Belizean team by incentivizing them to care as much as she does, holding to the code and belief that by taking care of people, they will take care of you.

She has created and funded multiple scholarships for local Belizean youths seeking to elevate their education and future, along with sponsoring a local youth soccer team and other community initiatives. By spending some of your time & hard-earned vacation dollars at Salty's, or staying at Rasta Towers, you're supporting her passionate dedication to the broader Caye Caulker community.

When she's not managing Salty's and Rasta Towers (see below), and enjoying the beautiful life she's created in Caye Caulker, she's traveling widely, camping/hiking/exploring across Colorado & beyond, while also managing the Ultimate Frisbee league she founded in her hometown of Denver, CO.
